Within my spiritual community I am known as Mar Moya.

I am a Quantum Healer, Hypnosis Practitioner, Spiritual Coach & Meditation Teacher with a passionate interest in helping people connect with their hearts & souls as a path to expressing their true authentic self & living the life they’ve always dreamt of.

I create Sacred Healing Spaces as containers for my clients to experience their multidimensionality.

I am a wife, a mom and a loving being.

I have learnt through my own journey from Burnout to Wellness that leveraging our heart wisdom is the key to tapping into the song of life that flows through us, the essence of our soul-being and the gateway to fully becoming all that we are destined to be.

Leading from our hearts awakens us to our gifts and gives us the courage to elevate our love to new energising heights and to step forward into the world with graceful conviction.  This state of being is the greatest gift that we can offer ourselves, our families, our friends, our organisations, our communities and our world.  As our collective consciousness shifts from the love of power to the power of love, the world needs Humans like you and me to support this evolutionary process.

I believe that when we do the work of the heart, that is, when we embark on the journey of uncovering who we truly are, we create unlimited potential for those around us to drink from our stream and change their perspective on living.

I focus on supporting my clients to achieve coherence.  Coherence between mind, body, heart & spirit.  Coherence between who they think they are and how they are showing up in the world. Coherence in their everyday lives & across their relationships. Most importantly I support my clients in achieving coherence within their hearts as both a way to connect with their divinity and a way to strengthen their resilience.

I refer to my work as the “Work of the heart”.

In this work I alchemise my life experiences, numerous training in traditional coaching methodologies, psychology, hypnotherapy and energetic work with my shamanic initiations into the Rose Sisterhood and the healing traditions of the Mamsebeletsi - the South African Priestesses of the Womb who work with waters, herbal medicine and spirit to support our journeys back home to our souls & our multi-dimensionality.

My Background

I am a Quantum Healer (BQH Practitioner). I support my clients in exploring their consciousness through a heart-based hypnosis modality named Beyond Quantum Healing.

I am a Mamsebeletsi, a Womb Whisperer, initiated in the Shamanic Healing Tradition of South Africa.

I am a High Priestess of the Christed Sophia in the order of Magdalene, The Rose Sisterhood.

I am a dedicated student of the Mystery schools and continue my training, deepening my connection with the wisdom of those who have come before us. 

I am a co-creator with GOD/Source/Spirit/Universe/Light – whichever term you prefer… my beliefs are non-denominational. All of your beliefs are respected and welcomed.

I am a student of the HEART, expanding and evolving my own relationship with this cosmic gateway so that I may support others move deeper into their heart-space. 

I am a diviner,  I connect with spirit through divination tools to support my clients in communicating with their higher selves, ancestors & guides. 

Gaia is my guide in discovering the wonders of plant medicine, this is an evolving medicine for me .

I have completed my Advanced Coaching & Leadership Diploma (ACSTH)  with the ICF through the SA College of Applied Psychology.

I am an Enneagram Practitioner. Somatic Leadership Practitioner.  Organisational Systems & Relationship Practitioner. 

I am an Executive Coach with a special interest in Women in Leadership.

Earlier in my life I was a Human Capital & Organisational Change Executive within Multinational Organisations for 15 years.

I am dedicating this space to supporting you on the journey back to your heart, the journey of embodying your soul and living the life you have always dreamt of.

My Approach

  • Self Love

    Self-love is the journey we are all on. We are learning to love ourselves, so we can love others, truly the way they are, with all our own strengths and flaws.

    When we understand that everyone else out there is also pursuing self-love, and none of their drama is about us, and everyone is doing the best they can with the knowledge they have right now, we can let go of the self-identity to the pain.

    Most unresolved stress in each of us stems from that same feeling of, in some way, ‘I am not good enough the way that I am’.

  • Intuition

    We all know what it means to ‘follow our heart not our head’ or listen to our ‘gut instinct’ or ‘gut feeling’ when making a decision.

    It is now known our heart sends more information to our brain than our brain sends to our heart, the gut is lined with more than 100 million nerve cells that communicate with the brain, and the body is actually composed of more bacteria than cells.

    Our conscious thinking mind is scientifically no longer considered our most reliable decision-making tool. Your heart, gut and brain are part of one interconnected system which is regulated intelligently by your own subconscious.

    Your subconscious also knows how to dream. It is the holder of your inner desires, goals, and passions; it knows what is holding you back, and connecting to it gives you freedom to alter course.

  • Divinity

    What we call the physical self is not one organism but trillions of different living entities communicating between themselves, and with the environment beyond your own physical body.

    The whole interconnected system is regulated intelligently by your own subconscious, which in turn is interacting with all other forms of consciousness around it.

    Together the totality of our intelligence, which is conscious and unconscious and overlapping with consciousness outside our individual selves, is referred to in Psychology as the psyche.

    We are more connected to our own subconscious and this psyche in our innocence. We spend the first six years of life in the hypnogogic state of delta and theta brainwave activity.

    Many people remember dream-like ‘gifts’ they had when young: imaginary friends, lucid dreams, and other such phenomena.

    With the help of your own subconscious, we can return you to that dream-like world to be reminded just how incredible you are.
