My approach to private classes is heart-based and focussed on meeting you where you are at. The truth is that these classes always end up being more than just about meditation as I pull through a blend of spiritual teachings, breathwork, advanced meditation techniques and energetic attunements that will help you progress faster and at a much deeper level into your practice.
This makes private classes a real gift to evolve not just your meditative practices but also your spiritual journey.

Classes can be held Online via Zoom or In person at your home, your office or my practice in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg.
Please enquire about packages & rates.
ONLINE
Online classes are great for those that are based outside of Johannesburg or aren’t able to meet in person for whatever reason.
There is no connection loss because it's not in person. Amazing classes happen online all the time, and yours will be too.
IN PERSON
I know life is busy and I am happy to help you settle into a meditation routine that fits into your life. That is why I will come to you at your home or your office.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to get away from it all, you can come and visit my practice in Blairgowrie, there's amazing healing energy here.
